Questions
Can you work while the resort is operating?
Yes. We phase work villa by villa or zone by zone, agree quiet hours and keep crews and materials out of guest sight lines.
Do you handle logistics to the island?
We plan materials, barge transfers and crew accommodation as part of the programme so the resort team does not have to.
What size of project do you take on?
From a single restaurant floor restoration to a full renovation of 30 water villas.
